ACRE Services, LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated September 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
This website at acreservices.law (the “Site”) is operated by ACRE Services, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“ACRE Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
2. No attorney-client relationship
Using this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. No attorney-client relationship is formed by browsing the Site, reading its contents, submitting a contact form, sending an email, calling or texting us, or requesting information.
An attorney-client relationship with ACRE Services is created only by a written engagement agreement signed by both you and ACRE Services. Until that agreement is signed, we owe you no duty of representation, and we are free to represent other parties, including parties adverse to you, in the matter you contacted us about.
3. No legal advice
The content on this Site is general information about real estate and land development law. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney about your specific situation. Laws change, they differ by jurisdiction, and outcomes turn on facts. Do not act or refrain from acting based on anything on this Site without consulting a lawyer licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.
No result described on this Site, in a case summary, testimonial, or otherwise, guarantees or predicts a similar outcome in any other matter. Every matter is different.
4. Do not send confidential information
Do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information through this Site, by email, or by text message before we have signed an engagement agreement with you.
Information you send before an engagement is signed is not protected by the attorney-client privilege, may not be treated as confidential, and will not stop any statute of limitations or filing deadline from running. We may already represent another party whose interests conflict with yours, which could prevent us from ever representing you. Send only the minimum information needed to check for a conflict and to decide whether we can talk further.
If you have a deadline approaching, contact a lawyer directly by phone. Do not rely on a web form or a text message to protect your rights.
5. Attorney licensure and advertising
Tyler R. Dow is licensed to practice law in Utah (admitted 2002, active). He is also admitted in Florida (2004), where his license is currently inactive; ACRE Services does not offer legal services in Florida or in any jurisdiction where its attorneys are not actively licensed, and nothing on this Site should be read as an offer to do so.
This Site may constitute attorney advertising under the rules of one or more jurisdictions. It is intended for general informational purposes and is not a solicitation of any specific matter. Responsible attorney: Tyler R. Dow, Heber City, Utah.
6. Permitted use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system;
- use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access, copy, or harvest content or contact information from the Site, except for standard search-engine indexing;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security;
- transmit malware, or use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages; or
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason.
7. Electronic communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, by email, text message, or phone, at the contact information you provide. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, page design, and the compilation of all of it, is owned by ACRE Services or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. “ACRE Services” and the ACRE Services logo are marks of ACRE Services, LLC.
You may view, download, and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk, and the linked site’s own terms and privacy policy govern your use of it.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACRE SERVICES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its server is free of harmful components. We do not warrant that Site content is accurate, complete, or current.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACRE SERVICES AND ITS MEMBERS, ATTORNEYS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits or alters any obligation ACRE Services owes a client under a signed engagement agreement or under applicable rules of professional conduct.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACRE Services and its members, attorneys, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
14. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wasatch County, Utah (Fourth Judicial District), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ACRE Services regarding the Site.
