Tyler Dow has practiced real estate law since 2000, as outside counsel and as general counsel to developers. He holds a JD from the University of Tulsa College of Law and an LL.M. in Real Property Development and Finance from the University of Miami School of Law. His work has covered zoning and entitlements for national homebuilders, ground-up commercial and hotel development and financing, title review, leasing, distressed-asset workouts, and municipal and water-rights matters.
